Helping Others

Everyone has the rights to live

Near by is a kindergarten, mostly with Romani children, which I attended when I was 3 years old. Then when I become 6 years I went to school, which is located near by the community in a non-Roma neighborhood. The school’s teachers sometimes were very ironic about my ethnos and there were moments when I wanted to drop out the school. I didn’t have motivation to study and continue my education. Sometimes is very depressive because after all my classmates were listening to what my teacher is saying about my ethnos they began with the same talks and even getting worst. At that time my mom was working in the same school, not as a teacher, but as a cleaner. So she forced me again in the school and tried to manage those conflicts. I finished the primary school with average 3.25 (from 6). I just had only in English language 5. Due to my low results I hadn’t lot of choices where to attend for high school. I wished I could go to a gymnasium where to study English language, but unfortunately I had to go to study how to become driver and to maintain cars (Currently I don’t know anything about maintaining automobiles, even I had 3 years in that school). I like my years spent in the high school, unfortunately I was the only Roma there, maybe we were all together no more then 5 from about 500 students. I finished the school in 1998.
